Our Ongoing Programs

VETS Canada supports our Canadian Veterans through a number of outreach programs which work to identify needs, promote healing, and provide necessities for immediate and ongoing benefit and dignity to those who have served our country.

A census from Canadian streets to determine the big picture of the scope and nature of Veterans' homelessness.

Ground support can be a lifeline in combat, and in the battlefield faced by many in daily life. Our program addresses the most immediate needs of our Veterans in crisis to provide compassion, real support, and a better way forward.

Guitars for Vets Canada matches veterans and still-serving members with PTSD or other service-related disabilities with a gently used guitar and online/volunteer lessons where available. Our mission is to put the healing power of music in the hands of heroes.

Thanks to generous funding from the LGBT Purge Fund there is specialized help and support for Canadian Veterans who identify as members of the LGBTQ2+ community. All support is provided by someone from the community who is very familiar with the unique challenges faced by our LGBTQ2+ veterans.
